Per ESPN, his first year’s free throw percentage was 12% (TWELVE percent). It climbed all the way up to the 40’s last year. We should have a solid chance, considering F Michell, Fox and others, of re-capturing our Worst Free Throw Shooting Team in America title from 2022-23.

That rascally Ben is deliberately having us play from behind. It's his basketball version of the rope-a-dope. The other team gets worn out pounding on us, and then we ignite and put them into orbit.

Hawkins’ play in the second half reminds me of DeAndre Mathieu’s play in his second year. He’d drive for the basket, get there, and get stuffed by a big guy just waiting for him. He got away with his moves in his first year (he was great) but by the second year everybody knew how to defend him.
