He took over a team that went to the NCAA tournament. Certainly a much better situation than Tubby took over, when he got us to the NCAA's in year 2. Yet you think if he misses the tournament his first two years no one has the right to find that unacceptable? No one is saying fire him or push the panic button. But if we end up in the NIT again, his seat should at least be warm next year.
If you want to build a program, it should absolutely not be warm.

I just think when you have as much of a stylistic and culture change as we are attempting to go through you need to cycle your predecessors recruits and also have time to recruits your style of players (which you cannot do from day one) and get those players through the system. So my 6 years comes from 1 year scrambling to fill a roster, year 2 recruiting decent players and you've now cycled most of your predecessors players, year
