Clark Kellogg assessing the major conferences

I can't really argue with how he has the major conferences ranked. I'd probably put the Big 10 third because its middle and bottom are stronger than the Big 12's, but that's about it. The one certainty is the Pac 10 and SEC -- at least this season -- are the clear bottom two of the six.
