The problem with Weber is not that he is a bad QB, its that he is an option spread QB trying to be a pocket passer.

Unfortunately, I don't think that Gray will be any better running this offense, as he has been a spread QB his whole life.

I agree with bigtenchamps1899. If Coach wants Adam to be a pocket passer, there needs to be an effective offensive line. He was great at the option run in the prior two years and his passing is still great. We also need a defensive coordinator who can see the opponent's plays and adjust the defense. Gray may have potential but he has not shown us anything yet.

Gray looked shaky in the scrimmage and you guys want him to start to throw passes in the big ten? Give me a break he is not close to being ready. He was JUST able to start running up the field without choking and fumbling. Give me a break.
