Ideally it’s connected to leverage for a better deal, as KFAN’s game day coverage for football has exceeded my expectations. I just wish it carried over to more of the day-to-day programming.

Moving the games to CCO would likely mean that CCO would be the "Gopher" station. The Gophers would not have to fight the Vikings for coverage as they do now on KFAN.

But Learfield would continue to have a lot of control over game announcers, coaches' shows and ancillary programming.
