This is week four ... if you've predicted the winner in all of the first four games, you have the maximum of 13 points, calculated thusly:
one point for each game correctly predicted;
two bonus points for the first streak of two predictions;
three bonus points for the next streak of three predictions; and,
four bonus points for the last streak of four predictions.
(or, 1+1+1+1+2+3+4).
