Jeff Wills = Tim Davis?

I noticed on Rivals that new Gopher commit and offensive lineman, Jeff Wills, had a scholarship offer from the Alabama Crimson Tide. It would appear the name and scouting/recruiting report on Wills may have come to Minnesota with Tim Davis. However, the info on Rivals also said John Butler was the coach recruiting Wills. Butler handles the mid-east and east recruiting areas (Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey)

Lackawanna played against the RCTC MN Yellowjackets a few weeks back in Rochester. Although I missed that game Jeff Wills played some what close to the Twin Cities, possibly one or more of the staff was scouting Jeff.

This was a recruit Davis targeted when he came here. Davis was familiar with him from Alabama when they offered him. Alabama ended up taking a different Juco lineman so Wills was still available.
