just a suggestion to the mods regarding "student tix for sale" postings....

perhaps it would be appropriate as well as a good will gesture for anyone trying to sell a student tix on this exchange to be required or encouraged to mention somewhere in their post the following:

that U of M policy is such that a valid U-Card picture ID (which matches the person presenting it) now has to be presented to ticket takers in order to even use a student ticket at any gate.

it would certainly suck for someone coming onto the gopherhole tix exchange or gopherhole in general for the first time (it seems there are a lot of those types) who is not a u of m student and does not have a valid u-card to get to a game with a student ticket they bought on here to only be turned away at the gate because the poster/seller failed to mention this and the buyer was unaware of the new u-card picture ID rule that now goes with student ticket use.

just a suggestion so there is no buyer's remorse or people feeling like perhaps they got swindled on the gopherhole tix exchange because so far it seems to be working pretty well.

Another thing to add

It does not have to be an active ID card. If you have a University of Minnesota ID card, you will be eligible to use a student ticket.

The security personnel glances at the University ID card to ensure that there is one with the ticket you have.

So as long as you are (or once have been) a University of Minnesota student, these tickets are good for your use.
