Transfer/Grad Transfer question

When do these moves typically take place? After the tournament or over the summer? I know it varies some but looking for approximate timelines.

For the next school year. Already in spring term.

Well, you have to graduate first (that's why they call it "grad transfer"). Some don't do that until the summer session (like Springs I believe). You might recall that Buggs didn't commit to USC until late June last year. There are hundreds of D1 transfers these days (far fewer grad transfers, of course) and there's fewer than 200 D1 transfers declared so far so there should be plenty more and enough time to sort them out.
