After Tuesday night, every B1G team now has played at least half (9) its B1G games. With losses by Illinois (to Wisconsin) and Ohio State (to Maryland), the Gophers moved up a seed to #11, but still remain one of the 4 teams playing on Weakling Wednesday.

Here's the bracket and pairings at the unofficial halfway point of the B1G season (all times CT):

This was way more enjoyable to look at when they were 3-1

The good news (I hope) is the second half of B1G schedule offers an opportunity to make a big leap. Even if Gophers only do what should be the bare minimum expectation in the second half (5-4), they'll avoid Wednesday. If they end up playing on Weakling Wednesday, it's been a dreadful second half.

We gotta go 6-3. I don't want to have to worry about winning multiple games in B10 tourney to get in dance
