Beat Michigan St. (don't care how down they are this year) and the Gophers will be in contention the rest of the season. First game is so important

First game is very very important! Agreed doesn't who they are how we need to win! Michigan st always gets better as season goes along! Need this W and need to the crowd to be electric!

Not a surprise watching them play. The team is solid in terms of size and well balanced. Play great defense and offensively any of the first seven are capable of putting up 15 + on any given night. Scoring 80 hasn't even looked hard.
