per the KC Star:

Kansas sophomore basketball player Carlton Bragg Jr. was charged with misdemeanor battery Friday after he was alleged to have struck his girlfriend and pushed her down stairs during an argument, according to the Douglas County District Attorney’s office.

Bragg, 20, was held without bond until his first court appearance Friday afternoon in Douglas County District Court. Bond was set at $500, Bragg pleaded not guilty and he was later released from jail. Bragg’s next court date is Dec. 27.

According to Kansas basketball coach Bill Self, Bragg is indefinitely suspended from playing in KU’s games. Kansas’ next game is at home against Nebraska on Saturday afternoon.

Go Gophers!!

That's not the face of a woman beater. Fake News!

Watch him get all kinds of female fan letters from this. Some women are crazy that way.

This is another absolutely scorching take from G7NTB0, in addition to comparing our latest football recruit to Barry Sanders a few minutes ago. Are you hammered right now?

Must be looking for a drinking buddy. It's hard drinking alone I'm guessing.

A charge of battery has been leveled against the alleged victim. A recovered surveillance video depicts the girl "shove and slapping" Bragg, and placing her hands near his neck, and he may have acted in self-defense.

Not saying Bragg will be getting any letters, but to be fair, there were tons of girls on social media who were obsessed with the younger "Boston Bomber" and I've read news articles about serial killers in prison getting love letters from random girls. Very strange.

When will the Kansas EOAA office recommend his expulsion? What, that doesn't happen at KU?

Sadly, it feels like players are going to need to wear body cams in the future.
