The Coaches poll always seems to run a week behind. Just an observation from the past few years...

If/when the Gophers win two this week, I'd expect them to be at least on the edge of the Top 25 next week. They've played well in going 6-0, but they're flying WAY under the radar. Tonight's game will help a lot with that.
 



St John's lost to Delaware State at home tonight. That's not going to help matters.
 




Clearly the vote got to our heads.

Not RPI, but if the guy who voted for Rutgers is an indicator, not everyone takes it that seriously. Meanwhile UT Arlington went into Austin and worked over Shaka's Longhorns

Northwestern beat Texas earlier as well. Maybe SS was onto something by predicting they would miss the tournament while other prognosticators had them in the preseason top 25.

To be fair, my UConn to win the AAC pick isn't looking so good. Huskies are a mess.
