Long term it could be a good thing. He will get a 5th year and by then Collins should have more of his guys in the program, but this does put a damper on this season for the Cats

Or the alternative is he has multiple setbacks, is never again the same player again, Collins turns out to be an awful coach and can't recruit any good talent to save his life.

When talking about the opponent, going best case is being glass half empty ;)

So far I would say that he is neither an awful coach nor a bad recruiter. He has recruited better talent than average for that program.
