from my co-worker would be the price of the shirts plus a flat 25 for the screen [he is an old school guy, no fancy computers, but on the plus he couldn't give a damn about copyright infringements] 20 shirts and you are looking at about 6 bucks per for a decent hanes t-shirt.

I have someone as well that can get the shirts done. I havent checked with him about prices but if needed I will ask him.
