If anyone from GopherHole (Nadine, Jason, Rob?) :Dhas any major clout with the Selection Committee, if you want to pull some strings and recommend me for the 2016 Mock Selection I'd be more than willing to put it on my 2016 calendar! You know my credentials. ... that would be a really cool weekend. (only half joking, of course!)

Mock Selection update (from Joe Rexrode, aka mock committee member Mark Hollis)

Kind of cool following it on Twitter.

Looks like the mock committee is down to it last few at-larges. Teams in contention for the final at-large bids include BYU (that one really surprises me), Dayton, Illinois, Michigan State, Oregon, Saint John's, Stanford, and UCLA.

Purdue was just removed from consideration.
 

Dayton, Illinois, Michigan State, Oregon, Stanford, and UCLA among the last 6 in. Oregon last team in, but is knocked out if UConn upsets SMU in the "mock" AAC title game.
 

"Last 4 in" from mock committee. ... are

Michigan State, Oregon, Stanford, UCLA.

That would be different. 3 of the 4 teams in Dayton from one conference.
