What is the deal with WI having an inordinate number of swine flu cases?

I live in Milwaukee and we have a very large Hispanic population on the south side of the city. Almost 60% of Wisconsin's H1N1 cases are in southern Milwaukee. Plus I am surrounded by a bunch of dirty Badger fans.

no kidding! i mean any reasonable person would immediately think that the prevalence of H1N1 swine flu would be highest amongst IOWA HOGEYE fans considering all of the pig lovin' (read: iowa females) happening down there on a day-to-day basis! ;)
sorry.....but that one was just too easy!

It is so easy to wash hands and not drink from the cups of strangers, but oh well.

Basically, WI has more testing locations and is more aggressive with testing and reporting. I'm in Public Health in WI (but still bleed gold and maroon).
