With coaches being fired and programs folding does anybody know if the transfer rules have changed? If the program folds players can transfer and play right away. Don't they still have to set out a year if the coach is fired? There was talk of that changing but it hasn't has it?

If a program folds, the athletes would be allowed to transfer and be immediately eligible under the Discontinued/Non-sponsored Sport Exception that the NCAA has.

Michigan players should be able to transfer ASAP since they kept Hoke.

Should be a lot of decommits around: one is running back Kendall Bussey from Nebraska's list. Played at Isadore Newman in New Orleans, the school that produced the Mannings.
