Who knows, but the odds say no. He's in solitary, and as such is more likely to accumulate good behavior points (unless he's stupid enough to allow his arrogance to cause him to be uncooperative.) With good behavior, he's out in nine years. The odds of an average 61 year old male living more than nine years is way higher than 50%, and his likelihood of dying due to an accident while in prison are smaller than those for someone outside of prison.
