Hey Big Ten fans, we want to hear from you. What would YOU like to see on the Big Ten Network? Here's your chance to have your voice heard and have the opportunity to attend popular Big Ten events, meet Big Ten Network talent and tour the network’s studios in Chicago. Council members also will provide periodic feedback directly to network executives throughout the upcoming football and basketball seasons.
Members will be required to attend one of two in-person Big Ten Network Fan Council Meetings. These meetings will be scheduled in Chicago around the 2009 Big Ten Football Kickoff Luncheon (July) and in Indianapolis around the 2010 Big Ten Men's Basketball Tournament (March). Fan Council members will receive a complimentary ticket to the Kickoff Luncheon and Men's Basketball Tournament semifinal games as part of their membership benefit.
The Big Ten Network will review all applications for the Fan Council and will select between 30-35 applicants to become members of the Big Ten Network Fan Council. Members will serve a one-year term. In 250 words or less, tell us why you should be selected to join this exclusive group. The application deadline is June 15.
