Here we go again, according to SportsCenter, Gillispie is suing for "being fired without cause" and is pursuing $6m. I wonder if he will get what he wants.

Disregard most of the BS in this thread but there are a few good points regarding the memorandum of understanding as contract and who Gillispie is suing.
