Just in case anybody cares, Kendall Rogers of Rivals.com was breaking down the current RPIs and noted that in his opinion, the Gophers might be in the running for a No. 1 seed, especially if it comes down to making a choice between Minnesota and another northern team.
This is where Louisville factors in. He notes that of the northern teams, the Gophers have the best resume, but Louisville has better overall facilities. His solution is to make the Gophers a No. 1 and then send them to Louisville, who would host as the No. 2 seed.
