Tulsa coaching legends Nolan Richardson, Tubby and Self return to raise money

Very classy that all three former Tulsa coaches, turned icons returned to a benefit dinner:

That is very cool. How many schools can claim they have three former coaches who went on to win national championships? It tells me Tulsa has had some Athletic Directors who knew what they were doing.

Speaking of Tulsa, perhaps Tubby should try to get 'em on the schedule this season? The Golden Hurricane are being touted as a team capable of ending Memphis' Conference USA reign with 7-footer Jerome Jordan and guard Ben Uzoh.

Whenever discussing Tulsa University, it's only fair to remember their high academic standards and their willingness to play with the big boys (smallest D-I school to play FB). And they accomplish quite a bit using the leftover recruits from Oklahoma and Oklahoma State.
