Kentucky and John Calipari have agreed to a seven-year contract worth more than $52 million that will eventually pay the basketball coach in excess of $8 million per year.
Calipari's contract breaks down like this:
2014-15: $6.55 million
2015-16: $7.05 million
2016-17: $7.30 million
2017-18: $7.80 million
2018-19: $8.05 million
2019-20: $8.05 million
2020-21: $8.05 million
