Howard Pulley, who is 7-4 in the EYBL, faces New York Lightning (7-5) Saturday at 10:30 and (0-12) Baltimore Elite at 6:00 at the High Performance Academy. They will meet (4-8) NW Express Sunday at 10:30 AM and (5-7) King James Shooting Stars at 4:30. They could play E1T1 Sunday at 8:00 PM, if needed. E1T1 had to fly out early from the Sacramento and did not play Howard Pulley then. E1T1 is 8-3, so the game might not need to be played. The top 24 teams (five from each Division and four wild cards) advance to the Peach Jam in July. Teams will likely have to finish at least 8-8 to have a chance. Twelve teams already have 8 wins (with four games left to play) and figure to advance. Conversely, six teams have three or less wins and even with a clean sweep this weekend, they will likely not advance.

Pulley probably advances with a 2-2 mark this weekend and they have a good chance at three or four wins. They also have the slight edge of playing in their own building and not having to travel this weekend.

Should be some great basketball this weekend. If you get a chance to swing by, you wouldn't regret. I'll be interviewing some of the top potential Gopher recruits. Remember two years, ago players like Julius Randle, Andrew Wiggins, , Jabari Parker and James Young were all playing at ERagan and all four figure to be high draft picks this June.
