Gophers' seeding would skyrocket with back-to-back wins over Northwestern and Illinois. Crazy as it looks/seems, the #4 seed remains wide open for the taking. Note that next on the slate for the current #4 seed (Wisconsin) are games @ Michigan and @ Iowa.

All times Central.

1:25 p.m. -- #5 Ohio State (6-6) vs. #12 Illinois (3-9), BTN
5:30 p.m. -- #7 Northwestern (5-7) vs. #10 Purdue (4-7), ESPN2
7:55 p.m. -- #6 Nebraska (5-6) vs. #11 Penn State (4-8), ESPN2

Friday, March 14 (Quarterfinals)

What's the tie-breaker if you split the season series?

Bucky's schedule after the next two is much easier than ours. I think the best-case is that we could tie them at 9-9. But knowing Bo, they'll find their way to 10 or 11 wins.
