The start time for the Minnesota men’s basketball team’s January 5 game against Purdue University has been announced. The Gophers and Boilermakers will meet at Williams Arena for a Sunday matinee, scheduled to tip at 1:30 p.m. CT. The game will be televised live on the Big Ten Network.
Minnesota will host Purdue next Sunday in its second Big Ten Conference action of the season, following Thursday night’s B1G opener against Michigan. That game, also televised live on BTN, will tip at 6:00 p.m. CT.
The Gophers concluded the non-conference portion of their 2013-14 schedule with an 11-2 record, and enter conference play in the midst of a six-game winning streak.
