Michigan State picks up wins over Virginia Tech and Oklahoma in the Coaches vs. Cancer Classic, extending the Big Ten's lead over the field. The Big Ten is now 2-0 (Michigan over FSU & Sparty over Va Tech) vs. the ACC in head to head matchups.
