Seems like an excellent hire to me... Guy has basically been a college coach for years now; recruiting will be nothing new to him, nor will coaching high level athletes.

Their HC left a year ago for the D-League / Portland assistant.

Simon has only been HC at Findlay for a year, but has been there for years.. (since it started.. which was a few years after he got out of college, but worked at a couple of D1 schools right out of college)

Wonder who they go to next. They've got another experienced assistant.. young guy..
