That Tyreke is gone to the NBA is about as surprising as snow in Minnesota. That's about a 25% pay raise, isn't it?
The real pain for Memphis was the following note:
Xavier Henry, the No. 1 shooting guard in the nation, signed with the Tigers in the fall as the centerpiece of the 2009 class. Then DeMarcus Cousins, the No. 1 power forward in the country, verbally committed last month. It's a virtual certainty that neither player will wear a Memphis uniform next year.
