Lois and her lawyer are going with the "I got drugged" defense.

“I would never ever do that,” Feldman said. “My kids are my life. I go to church every Sunday." But Feldman tells the Daily Times Herald she may have been drugged or otherwise victimized. “Everybody thinks something got put in my drink,” Feldman said. She offers no further details as to how that might have happened or who may have been involved. “Right, and that’s what my attorney and I are working on,” Feldman said.

She is not

so unfortunate looking but she is still dressed up white trash. Saying she is innocent because she attends church makes me more suspicious. She was drugged by a fellow Iowan? I thought they were one big happy family, genitals and all.

Go Gophers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Going the drugged route is a bit of a stretch.

I also find it hard to believe that she was doing anything she didn't want to. If it was forced, I would think one or two of the 15 or so that were cheering would have spoke up.

Groups of people are notorious for making terrible decisions, though I agree it may be a stretch on her part. Then again, I really do not know much at all, so I should not rush to conclusions.

I love how she has now said she doesn't remember anything after getting to the game until the police arrested her. You mean you remember being arrested but you don't remember having sex 30 seconds before that? Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight.

i wish we'd hear from some observers, or even something from ross himself.

RE: Ross....

i wish we'd hear from some observers, or even something from ross himself.

He has the right to remain silent, and I think it is wise that he is choosing to do so. That is if it was consentual. He, regardless of a lapse of judgement, deserves that much.

Assuming it was consentual, I hope Ms. Feldmann will not let embarassment tempt her into lying to make herself "look good". Because if it isn't the truth, she is setting this guy up for a sexual assault charge.

If something did get slipped into her drink then I do hope that the truth is revealed. The problem will then be who put something in her beverage(s), and (if it wasn't Mr. Ross) did Mr. Ross know she was drugged.

At first I thought this was a thing I could needle Hawkeye fans about, but now I just think this is a sad situation.

Did anybody record it on their cell phone camera???

:Dnm

In before "I'd hit that in a bathroom stall"

Guilty or not guilty, this woman's life as she knew it is already over. May as well sew that scarlet "A" right on her Hawkeye sweater.

Besides, the real legal battle here could be the woman against her former employer. If her lawyer can claim she was drugged with a straight face, he/she's also got to be able to find some reason to file a wrongful termination lawsuit. Oh, the drama.

Why wasn't the security guard charged?

It said in the news story that "he peeked through the crack."

Oh, I thought he peeked through a different crack.
