I am so proud of our team. They have come up with a lot of great wins this year, our 2 losses were against the #1 and 5 teams in te nation. This is truly a great group of basketball players and young men, and I will really miss all these guys when they are graduated. This team is special!

Agreed

Not to mention that IU was once the #1 team in the country and may yet end up there again this year. They and Duke are the two teams I see on that top shelf. Michigan's great but not as well balanced IMHO.

Down the stretch, as I saw the look of worry on the fans' faces, I felt really proud of the Gophers, too. As tough as they've become, they earned a few more toughness stripes today. To get slapped hard and lose your composure and then to come back like they did...impressive.

This. Just the fact that they didn't give up after being knocked to the ground makes me so proud as a fan. It would have been so easy for them to curl up and quit, but they didn't. They punched back and absolutely outplayed IU in the second half. I can't wait for the rematch at home!
