As should be happening, he's building towards conference play. No need to press him now, let him continue to get better and stronger, then hopefully he'll be able to fully unleash for conference.
 

Trevor Mbakwe = 6'8" 245 (or however many) pounds of unleashed fury. The man is a beast. Most importantly, he is willing to do what Coach Smith asks him to do.
 

I thought he looked pretty good last night... for a below the rim guy.

LOL, now that right there is funnnnny. While taking in the game last night, it was clear Trevor had a chip on his shoulder! You have to love it when he does something beastly and lets out his big scream! It sure got us and the student section on our feet!

That is exactly what Tubby has been looking for in Trevor's confidence and leadership. Now, it truly is time for Trevor to join RW Jr on the floor for more and more minutes. Just watch, Gopher Fans, Tubby has been testing the patience of his TEAM, and us, the fans, that Tubby knows he has a damn good team, and now it is his responsibility to put it all together. And he will. Will he now try starting Trevor against Lafayette in place of EE just to see how EE reacts? Lots of things to think about, sports fans.
