Gophers men's basketball: St. Cloud native key to South Dakota State's upset hopes

what upset hopes, no chance South Dakota and gophs pretty much the same as last year They are sorely lacking in depth and size.

We'll see how good he is when we put the Austin Hollins/Rodney Williams defensive clamp on him. He's going to get his points, but they'll flounder with the stifling D we'll put on them.

Individually he has fared well against the Gophers, including when guys like Al Nolen and Damien Johnson were on him. He will likely play 40 minutes and do pretty much everything for his team. They don't have much size at all but can get hot from outside. I would expect the Gophers to do very well but I am excited to see Wolters progression.

This will be one of those games where initially, the Rabbits will stay close, but as soon as they have to go to their bench, they're dead. Wolters will have to play a nearly flawless game and score close to 40 to keep this a 10 pt game. Depth is huge in D1 and the Rabbits depth is not near what the Gophers have.
