Not the Big Ten, but Maryland is up two on the overrated Kentucky Wildcats. Kentucky can't score in the 2nd half. Just 8 points in 12 minutes.

Defense will be the calling card this year if they want to compete with the upper echelon. Shooting will be their achilles heel. 4-22 from three tonight against a inferior opponent is not good. They need the Hollins' pair and RWill to drill some threes in big games.
