American should actually be a pretty decent test. They are picked 3rd in the Patriot League with a bunch of seniors. They lost a few major contributors from last years team but return a pretty veteran back court that seem to be small, but can shoot light's out. They also return a senior in Stephen Lumpkins who took off a year after being drafted in the MLB draft and pitching for a year. He was 2nd team all Patriot League and seems to be a solid player. I expect American to bomb away from 3pt range and crash the boards hard. Could be an ugly game that is close for the majority but there is still no reason Gophers should lose this one.
