It took SS until the last game of the season, the NIT Finals vs Stanford to get a win, and even SS had to cross over to do that. Some people will do anything to get into the Predict the Score Hall of Fame.

I don't recall seeing one, but I could have missed it. There was a generic letter from Tubby and I think a pamphlet of sorts, but I don't think it was for BTT tickets.
