Who got left out that shouldn't have been? I'll go with Ohio of the MAC.

The main thing that surprised me was Saint Louis being ranked #11. Way too high, especially without Rick Majerus on the sidelines. The Billikens should be NCAA-tourney good in 2012-13, but I think #11 is a huge reach.

Anyone interested in entering a college basketball pool, please shoot a message to my EZ inbox. The deadline for entries will be Nov. 24, the Saturday after Thanksgiving. That'll give you time to get a read on some of the top teams.

I'll officially send out the entry forms/rules (see below) sometime around Halloween. It works like this. ...

2012-13 “Pick 6” College Basketball Pool
1. Pick 6 teams. 3 must be from the Blue Ribbon Yearbook Preseason Top 10, and the other 3 must be ranked outside the top 10. You are allowed to select unranked teams.

2. Entry fee is $10. Maximum of 5 entries per person. Entries must be received/postmarked by Saturday, November 24.

3. Beginning December 4 (using the weekly ESPN/Coaches Poll from then forward), I’ll send out email updates every Tuesday, with points awarded as follows: #1 in ESPN/Coaches Poll = 25 points, #2 = 24 points, #3 = 23 points, etc. If there is a tie for a poll position – for example teams tied for the #1 ranking -- those two teams would be awarded 24.5 points.
