Not too much in the way of stadium footage, but this approx 9 minute video has Phil sitting down with Access Minnesota and covering a lot of the "behind the scenes" details about the stadium. Some info in this that I hadn't heard before. Worth a look.
One bit of stadium footage that I found interesting. The elevators have a big block M on the doors. Most of the door is a brushed metallic finish while the M is polished. Looks pretty slick!
