Former UIC men's basketball standout Paul Carter has been named to the Atlanta Hawks' Summer League roster. Beginning on Friday, July 13, the Hawks will play five games at the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas.
-He had a solid season in the D-League last year. He used to be called a poor man's DJ, turns out he might be the more NBA capable player.
