One way to help make Mrs. Smith forget about the cold winters (which she references as the only bad thing about MN in this article): People in her section should actually join her in standing up when she stands and cheers during the critical parts of games at the Barn. It really looks terrible when she is standing up by herself, clapping, and waving her pom pom trying to encourage the team while the rest of the people around her sit on their hands. Do you people realize that is Tubby's wife??? Go ahead and ignore the student section's "on your feet!' chants if you want, but if the wife of the coach is standing and cheering, please don't hang her out to dry by not joining her.
