B1G Baseball Tournament at Target Field next year?

They were talking about this on the radio broadcast last night, they mentioned Target Field and Ameritrade Park in Omaha submitted a bid for 4 years alternating between the 2 starting in 2013 with Target Field, they also mentioned the Kansas City Royals AAA ballpark had submitted a bid for 4 years but had no partner and it sounded like they wanted to move the tournament around a bit, rather then spend 4 years at one place. They also mentioned on the broadcast Texas would be coming to the Metrodome next year for a non conference series.

As long as the Maroon and Gold doesn't choke itself out of the tourney like they've done this year. That would be one empty ballpark.

It will be empty any way.
I hate to say it, but you are right. The only place there will be consistant, great attendance is in Omaha.
