If Minnesota And Ohio St. are tied, who has the tie breaker?

Not determined for sure yet. Depends on if they are tied with any other teams and who ends up #2 in the Big Ten. I believe in most scenarios, MN holds the tie-breaker over OSU, but not all.

I could be wrong but I always thought it was the better overall record of the team that got the tie breaker. Is that right?

That is tie breaker #27, or something close to that. Head to head record and record against teams finishing higher in the conference come first. Why? Because Eddie Hightower said so.

For some reason I have a feeling me might not be worrying about the tie-breaker with OSU...a) I think we destroy Michigan at home saturday and b) I think Northwestern rolls into Columbus like some bad company and keeps their hopes alive...not like they havent won any big ones on the road yet ;)

There is likely to be a tie between UW, tOSU, and Gophers. It gets really confusing.
(IV.B.1.a-b)
Gophers record versus tOSU & BADgers - 3-1
tOSU recoord versus Gophers & BADgers - 1-2
BADgers record versus Gophers & tOSU - 1-2
(IV.B.2.a-b)
Both tOSU and BADger lost all games to MSU and Illinois.
But tOSU beat Purdue.

Gophers>tOSU>BADgers

I think I understood the rules right.
