Last year in B1G play we ended up a +4.7 rebounding margin. This year its +1.0, and likely to get worse after tomorrow night. I can peg three if not four conference losses on this statistic (Iowa x2; Wisconsin).

A stat like that can be so misleading. We outrebounded Northwestern 36-20 a few days ago, all the while getting comfortably beat 64-53.

Correct and true. Scoring % off rebounds should always be factored.
