You can definitely tell a difference in his quickness as the season has worn on. He looked flat out slow early on, but that Old Spice Classic was definitely the remedy.
 

For those who say Tubby can't judge talent, Welch was an awesome pick up. I remember the Juco PG names thrown around before we found out who it was, and the huge amounts of disapointment at Julian Welch.

Great work by Tubby finding the perfect guy MN needed and great work by Julian for being a huge player for us.
 

Tubby is pretty good at finding diamonds in the rough. Welch, Armelin, Paul Carter are/were all great under the radar finds.
 

Very true, and if EE and OO also turn out to be big contributors, I hope we hear some mea culpa from the anti-Tubbies.
