Notice how Tubby this year is making every effort to keep his best five on the floor, sacrificing experience time for frosh and maximizing playingtime for essential players. With Trevor and Mo unavailable, he'll properly play Rodney, Ralph (once basketball wind ready) and Welch more than 30 minutes per game; mixing the Hollins (non) brothers more than 20 min. each per game; likely the vowel twins (EE and OO) 10 - 25 min per game depending upon circumstances; with mix and match from Chip, Mav and Coleman. Do others share this observation?

Chip will definitely get some really good minutes. Gotta have his offensive aggressiveness out there. Will likely play over one of the Hollins' at the end of games. I think Mav will get 10 minutes a game and Coleman about the same.
 

On a related note, Ken Pomeroy did some sort of statisitical analysis and found that on average across D1, there are only 2.7 starters in the game per team with 11 minutes left in the first half, the least starter centric time of the game

Not if he can't make free throws. Both Andre and Austin shoot well from the free throw line. It will just depend on the situation. If Chip is hot and we're behind, he could play a lot. If we're up late, he won't be in there.
