1. Mitt Romney- would have beaten Obama, Obama only beat McCain 54-46.
2. Bobby Jindal- close second.
T3. Ron Paul- very strong on domestic, "moral," and economic issues.
T3. Sarah Palin- if not a tie very close.
5. Charlie Crist- distant 5th.

Rush is speaking now. For today, he is making sense to me as he is addressing Conservatives and not speaking about Liberals, yet.

Sorry. None of them would have beaten Obama this time around. The vehemently anti-Bush crowd combined with so many deluded voters and outright leftists guaranteed Obama's victory.

Working my butt off. But I like it like that. So far, so good. We'll see where the next few years lead us and where Little Rock and Baby Rock end up. Baby picked up a West Point offer (the prep school actually) while in AIT. I missed his call today, I don't know what he has decided. It is his choice, he will choose wisely. I'd just as soon he pulls his reserve duty, goes to UNC and works the family businesses. Again, his choice.

BTW, I've wasted some time on another board. I don't know why, this board has better people and lacks the total idiot that resides over there. I can't understand him, where I can understand everyone over here.

I can understand checking other sites. You could pretty much write an entire thread here. We're all kind of predictable. It get's boring. I don't even read some posts as I already know what they say. But you're right, most of the time you can at least understand where people are coming from even if they're clearly wrong.:p

Hope baby rock makes the right decision. I'd pick the WP offer. It's an experience that can't be duplicated, and will be his own unique path.

Yeah, it's hard when the baby Raven finds his wings. He'll always have a place to roost.

No R could have beaten any D nominee in 2008 because of W.

Bush became an albatross which dragged his entire party down. I facetiously suggested in early '07 that the GOP should bail out of the presidential race, save enormous campaign funds, and go after the presidency again in '12 when it actually stands a fighting chance.
