Revenue and budget help

I'm doing some research for a graduate study on the psychology of fandom. I'm looking for football(or athletic department as a whole) budget data, but seem to be having difficulty finding year over year data, and am wondering if anyone knows anywhere that this data might be found. I know during the coaching searches over the last few years there have been numbers thrown around but most articles I found didn't attribute or cite the source data. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
