Who owns the University Tech Enterprise Center aka the former Marshall High School? Does Minneapolis Public Schools still own it, does the U own it, or has some other land shark gotten it?

The Tech Center at 1313 SE 5th St. is owned by UTEC ASSOCIATES LLP. It is a for profit entity as proved by it's proposed property tax statement from the Hennepin County website (BTW, you can find out what the property taxes are for any taxable property in most counties in the state)
