Oregon paid $25,000 for woefully out-of-date recruiting info

But the guy they paid the money to has close ties to Lache Seastrunk, Oregon's 5-star running back signee in the class of 2010. Fishy much?

The sad truth in 2011 is that we have institutions of higher learning who are telling their students to not cheat on tests. Yet, it is okay to cheat if it means millions of dollars. Double standard I think.

As Staples points out, Oregon is going to have some tough questions to answer.

What a weird coincidence.

Auburn versus Oregon. The chronically repeating flagrant cheaters vs the sophisticated, cool rich cheaters. the fiesta Bowl fo 2011 should be the ultimate embarrassment for the NCAA and university Presidents, but it is not obvious they get it, or have a clue how to deal with programs who just play hard ball with them..
